Sermon Flashbacks – Jesus and homosexuality
I always find much benefit in review – probably because I have such a poor memory! Peter never apologized for reminding his hearers of the Gospel truths.
[12] Therefore I intend always to remind you of these qualities, though you know them and are established in the truth that you have. [13] I think it right, as long as I am in this body, to stir you up by way of reminder, (2 Peter 1:12-13 ESV)
So I thought it might be a beneficial series of blog posts to go back over some of our past sermons on key passages of Scripture.
This first message is taken from Romans chapter 1 (back when I had first torn my achillies tendon – a flashback of another sort!) and covers the topic of the church’s response to homosexuality, same-sex marriage etc. I pray that you will find this message helpful in thinking through this topic biblically as New Testament Christians.
